WEB ORDER RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase so we accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of purchase. To make a return, email us at shop@aligolden.com for label and instructions. Once we've received the returned item we will issue your refund in the original form of payment minus $8 return shipping fee.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn with original packing slip included. Ali Golden does not offer price adjustments. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. For the health and safety of our employees, we do not offer returns on undies (bottoms). There are no exceptions. Please keep this in mind when choosing a size.
- If an item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged. Carefully check the product description to determine if the item you're purchasing is a FINAL SALE.
- International shipments are FINAL SALE.
- All discounted items (includes items purchased using a discount code) are exchange/store credit only and customer is responsible for return shipping cost

Footwear: When trying on footwear for the first time, we ask that clean socks be worn. Please make sure to test the footwear on a carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles. The dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the shoe box inside a shipping box so as to prevent damages during transit.
BRICK + MORTAR RETURN POLICY
Exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase on items that are unused, unworn, with original tags and receipt (excluding undies, which are final sale). Discounted items and/or samples are FINAL SALE. Purchases made at the brick + mortar shop can only be returned at the shop, during business hours.
