Refund policy

WEB ORDER RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your purchase so we accept returns on *most items in original condition within 15 days of purchase. To make a return, email us at shop@aligolden.com for instructions. Once we've received the returned item we will issue your refund in the original form of payment (less return shipment amount).
*If an item is discounted 40% or more it is a FINAL SALE item and cannot be returned or exchanged. Carefully check product description to find out if the item you’re purchasing is a FINAL SALE at the bottom of the description.

BRICK + MORTAR RETURN POLICY:
Exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase on any full price items in original condition with tags. Discounted items and/or samples are FINAL SALE. Purchases made at the brick + mortar shop can only be returned at the shop, during business hours.
